This offer for Units in the Debt Trust is made by Collings St Pty Ltd ACN 672 454 983 (Landowner or SPV Landowner) as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Optimus Private Equity Pty Ltd ACN 162 759 953 (Licensee) being the holder of Australian Financial Securities Licence 436292. The Licensee has been appointed by the Trustee to arrange for the issue of the Units in the Debt Trust pursuant to acceptances of the offer made by the Landowner.
